Passion For Punchlists Passion For Punchlists was a presentation given by Passion With Purpose's founder, Steven Mezzacappa. The presentation was given in Washington D.C. on April 18th 2017 at the 25th Annual PACE Research Seminar. PACE stands for The Partnership for Achieving Construction Excellence.
